This product option is for customers who currently own a 640 sliding shelf and would like to have a griddle that will fit in the drop in section. The griddle is made from 3/16" mild steel and reinforced with 1/2" square tubing. This is the griddle only, it does not include the shelf
- The Griddle measures 15 1/2"x19 3/4"
Disclaimer: Griddle should be washed with soap and water and properly burnt in and well seasoned using a high temp cooking oil of choice before use. The griddle will be hot when in use so use caution.

Love the griddle
This is way way better than cast iron for cleaning and long term taste. So glad I was customer 1.
