The replacement diffuser plate door accessory for the Yoder 480 or 640 is 10 7/8"x9 7/8" and is 3/16" thick. It is lined on the bottom side with 1"x1/4 flat metal. This is the door only, it does not include the diffuser plate.
The replacement diffuser doors are built to order.

Yoder 640 Diffuser Plate Door
The door is built more like the rest of the Yoder as opposed to the stamped door it came with. This thing likely will out last the Yoder. Not going to win any beauty awards but that isn't it's function and after a few smokes it will look far worse so I'm good with that. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for a door that will pass the test of time.

Diffuser Door Prevented Flare Up
Ran my first test on it at 425 to 450 F and for the first cook in awhile, I didn't have a drippings grease fire/flare up. Thank you!

Great item and a must have for yoder owners
The KZL diffuser plate door is fantastic. Heavy duty and won't warp like the original that comes with the Yoder. I couldn't recommend it enough and the only problem is that I didn't buy it sooner. I'd call it a must have for owners of a Yoder with the 2 piece diffuser plate.

Diffuser door
My original was warped after 2 year. The KZL is heavy duty and will last much longer. Can't wait till they offer the full diffuser plate.
