The V-Shaped cooking grate is made from 3/4"x1/8" angle iron is designed as an easy to clean direct grilling option. The grate size is 15 5/8"x19 5/8" and angle iron design is thicker, maintains heat differently so cook times may vary. The grate is made from mild steel.
Disclaimer: Edges may be sharp. Product is built out of mild steel and should be washed and cleaned and properly burnt in for use. Shelves are built to order and currently 1-2 weeks approximate build time.
