For ordering or shipping quotes for Canada contact us directly. Products cannot currently be shipped to any other international destinations.

Order confirmations are sent when the order is placed and shipping confirmations are sent when products ship. Make sure to check spam or junk email folders to ensure they did not get caught in a spam system. All products are built to order. Build times may vary, feel free to reach out for an estimated ship date.


We currently offer free shipping for all shelf accessory products. The BBQ Smokin' Wagon is currently flat rate shipping at $275.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error if we are notified within 10 days (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cart order cancellations should be requested within 20 days after the order date. All products are built to order.
