Designed to allow going from full depth shelf to half depth shelf easier, the Folding Top Shelf accessory is available in 2 surface material types. You can order in either expanded metal or plasma cut 3/16" mild steel. The plasma cut option was offered per customer request for an option that is easy to scrape and clean, however, the 3/16” steel version is thicker and maintains heat differently so cook times may vary.
Disclaimer: Edges may be sharp. Product is built out of mild steel and should be washed and cleaned and properly burnt in for use. Weight capacity may vary depending on size and material used for your custom grates/shelves. Shelves are built to order and currently 1-2 weeks approximate build time.
