Grease captured by The BBQ Grease Gutter will also be hot and can cause burns. Edges may be sharp. It is recommended that The BBQ Grease Gutter is removed, cleaned and stored after each use. The BBQ Grease Gutter, made from 20 GA stainless steel,hangs on the edge of the smoker and the lid closes against it so a small space will be created and smoke may escape.
